Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Alexis17 ("Alexis17", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Alexis17 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at alexis17.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

Definitions

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "Eligible Player" means a registered Account holder who has completed KYC verification, is aged 21 or above, is not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction, and is not a self-excluded individual.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Alexis17 prior to withdrawal and as otherwise required by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the Alexis17 website at alexis17.cam and all associated services, games, software, and features made available to Players.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.

Account Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the Alexis17 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party;
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction on gambling activity, whether self-imposed through Alexis17 or through any third-party gambling exclusion scheme;
• You have not previously had an Alexis17 account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Alexis17 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including falsification of age — is a serious breach that will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Verification (KYC)

Alexis17 is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. All Players must complete the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.

KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than three months);
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account).

Alexis17 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gambling purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or regulation.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Alexis17 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the event of a deposit not reflecting within a reasonable period, Players should contact Customer Support before raising a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Completed KYC verification on the Player's Account;
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold for the selected payment method;
• No outstanding compliance reviews, account investigations, or self-exclusion orders are active on the Account.

Alexis17 operates a same-method withdrawal policy where possible — funds will be returned to the same payment instrument used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, Alexis17 will notify the Player and request alternative verified payment details.

Alexis17 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees. Players should check with their provider. Alexis17 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Alexis17 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Alexis17 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and made qualifying deposits will have their participation honoured subject to the original promotion terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Alexis17 platform are provided by third-party game studios and operated under the terms and technical specifications set by those providers. Alexis17 does not alter game outcomes, RTP settings, or game mechanics. Published RTP figures for all games are as certified by the respective game provider.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round shall be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Alexis17 shall have no further liability in respect of any such voided round. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error or malfunction shall not be paid out and may be voided.

Sports betting odds are set and managed by Alexis17's sports trading team. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted and confirmed. Alexis17 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, and to re-offer the bet at the correct odds or refund the stake at the Player's option.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Alexis17 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable local law;
• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy involving multiple accounts or players acting in concert to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction — Players who identify such errors are obligated to report them to Customer Support immediately;
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Alexis17 at any stage;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology specifically for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

Account Suspension & Termination

Alexis17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution;
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Where Alexis17 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is terminated for cause (i.e. as a result of a breach of these Terms), Alexis17 reserves the right to forfeit the Account's entire balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed at Alexis17's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last known payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any outstanding reviews.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Alexis17 platform — including but not limited to the Alexis17 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of Alexis17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Alexis17 platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership rights in or to any content, software, or intellectual property on the Platform by virtue of using the service.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of Alexis17's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alexis17 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions to platform availability or technical faults;
• Delayed or failed payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform;
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information published on the Platform (including odds, game statistics, or promotional details);
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

In all circumstances, Alexis17's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Alexis17's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

Amendments to These Terms

Alexis17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Alexis17 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 10.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alexis17 is licensed to operate. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local law in their place of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Customer Support escalation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by Alexis17. Players retain any rights they may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
